I had just switched in late last year after Weather Underground had gotten worse. Now I have to find another, or just hope that something is better then Weatherbug or whatever the top rated weather app is.

Interesting this is less of blog post and more of an announcement that a blog post will not be written.

My work is using Meets, and I second this desire to edit my camera stream. I didn't find anything even cheap to do it.

It's not as easy as dropping a link in a server and saying, hey come checkout my turntable room. I know that some voice chats have a music bot that works similarly for youtube though.

Yes, I actually helped make a clone of it for my final college project. Since then the cocnept has sort of died. I'm a little surprised it's not something that Spotify did more with. I know they have a colistening feature but I ha

What is the source on this? Sure it has Stanford medicine stamped all over it, but that is no proof. To be clear I'm not saying anything in it is wrong just wondering why it's hosted on Box.

Will do! I would like to add, it would be kind of nice if you added a picture of yours to either your site or the github repo. I can see the premade ones and get an idea of what's going on but it would be nice to see a fully built one.

I also use notebooks, they're cheaper, I can take them with me when I leave the meeting, I can tear out a sheet and give to a person, I can hand them a pen and let them draw. If the result needs to be digitized scanning looks better th

This is one of the things I've always wanted to try. Even if it is hockey pseudoscience as long as it's not actively dangerous it could be interesting. Alas this and the overview effect are two things I'll probably never expe

Thanks for the link. Always been curious to try one of these devices, I can actually afford to now.

Your first point is the part I'd like most to change with this. I live in an apartment with three other people. It's fine when we're all coming in and out and spend all day at work. But now that 3/4 of us are at home, an

Not yet but I'm terrified. Most of last year was me trying to land this job, my first as a dev. So far this year my company has had a massive layoff, that resulted in the team I started on disappearing six weeks after I joined it. I wa

In the same vein I worked off a folding table for a long time. It was cheap, large, and surprisingly sturdy. If I needed the room it took up back I just folded it away.

It's interesting that the patch notes seem to have references to a specific site. Did they really make changes to Firefox that only target Instagram?

It's a shame but not that surprising. The market for electric skateboards is only so big, only so many people are comfortable with the risk and in a place where they can ride them. Nothing about Boosted really stood out, and I heard ru

There is Formula E, but they swap cars at pitstops. For LeMans, I think you'd have to do something similar to bumper cars with an electrified grid above it.

Factorio I found you could make some pretty stupid setups work with enough determination. My first rocket launch after a 30 hour file with one row of conveyers per resource is proof of that. ONI I found has a wall, somewhere in what I think
