H&M is much, much bigger than Forever 21. Forever 21 barely exists out side of North America, but H&M can be found everywhere. I mean everywhere. That may be a factor in how cheap they can be - The scale of the business.

This is absolutely the WRONG message. Everyone should not have their own vehicle. That is insane. Especially in big cities.

Everyone on an ESTA has their photo taken when they enter the US (at least first time you enter on an ESTA. I don't always have it taken on subsequent visits). I would assume that is enough for them to match you.

Barbican is one of the best examples of Brutalism in the UK and I love it! Its far from Ugly. Its functional and interesting, far more so than the bland glass builds down the road in the city.

Ehh, I've seen that happen in the UK, but only on the small scale. You cant do that if you're making 10% of the workforce redundant but if its one or two people you can. They moved them to a new role, gave them very little work to

I moved from Java to Scala this year and I am loving it. What started as a rather basic understanding of FP (from a Haskell course in Uni) has come along leaps and bounds. I now understand what people are talking about when they go into Mon

There are also a few electric-only buses rolling out. Along with a lot of them being hybrid with auto start-stop now so they aren't polluting while in traffic. Id like to see more of them move to electric only though!

I hate to defend IBM (I used to work there and have nothing good to say) but its likely they were using the "Private Cloud" which is exactly what you say, co-location in the IBM Datacenter. Its just marketing rubbish.
