Wow kind of amazing. Don't think a human would give me much better results. It would be interesting to know how fast OpenAi is able to retrain / update the model based on new data.

Actually I like the results a lot. How does the logic behind it work, is it just the output of GPT-3? Do you need to parse it somehow? If it is just GPT-3 its kind of amazing how good the results are, since it was never trained for that. A

Just wondering why they don't want to outsource to europe. Here in Germany you will get good engineers for $80k. Or east europe is even cheaper + better cultural fit.

Actually I'm not saying that you can't be profitable. Just saying that the fancy NN, won't work like magic in a noisy environment like financial time series. For other time series with periodic and other anomalies you can app

To be honest. I don’t believe a word about the performance using AI. Especially if the article doesn’t present the features and the NN architecture. Its always the question: would a super simple model perform the same way? And very ofter th

Ok everything open source was not good enough. Please make a simple benchmark. Without it, it is so hard to make decisions

Agree, basically that is the point. If you have just stupid tasks, everyone will perform the same. Then sometimes you have a challenging problem. A good skilled dev (let us call him 10x) will develop a clean, easy solution on the other hand

Let's assume the worst-case scenario. It has a high mortality rate and is spreading with a high reinfection rate. Other cities will lock off shortly like in china. What are the steps to survive? How do you think the world will react?

Maybe that is correct. What I'm just missing is a simple "proof" or at least an idea of a proof why some assumptions are violated. In this case you could a gain argue: picking a coin random and then toss 300 times --> Mult

Not 100% sure, but for me "The three coins (non) example" is false. You could easily constract a random variable wich flips the free coins at random. Then you get again an iid sequence. I'm writing this basically because I th

Note sure if this is the best solution. But works so far for me: ELK + Redis + Curator. Everything in a docker contrainer. Single Machine Setup. Curator deletes old logs. Redis is responsible for caching. Logs are put directly to redis.
