Also, the more extreme it is, the more you need a lawyer to verify it will hold up. For example, denial of food and water is considered "extreme", if you want that in your paperwork... have a lawyer do a double check.

Really, by far the best solution is IEMs. But, if you must got with active noise cancellation, the PSB M4U 2 is about the only decent one of I have auditioned... most active noise cancellation phones absolutely sound like muddy crap.

This can be dangerous, white noise is hard to modulate volume wise, and does the exact same amount of hearing damage as playing death metal or (insert type of music here).

I really wish some of these high resolution laptops came with equivalent high end video cards to drive that resolution ... shipping with a 750m rather than the 780m seems nuts, it is 2 to 3 times slower and when you got 5.5+ million pixels

Try building it out feature for feature. The way you build the X230 (at least on their site) is nickle-and-dime central. Default configuration lacks bluetooth, camera, and SSD just to name a few.
