There are still issues to solve. With a randomized queue order of matching trade pairs, in order for you to maximize the probability of your trade succeeding you could flood the market with buy or sell orders with price x and amount y. Thou

The alternative is we take this current mini-game to its conclusion and find some limit in physics and/or materials science that causes delays between markets to hit a floor. Then we're doing the same thing, applying a minimum tic

Scientific consensus is built up around a body work. It is only really in modern times that laymen have started reading scientific articles, and usually only one here or one there. There is no perfect scientific study, if you critique all o

Knowing this use of color, it is very interesting to visit the California park. You can see the construction and such, but you really do have to focus on it to see it. The strategy they employ works very well, and IMO, should be used elsewh

Something in switzerland called the Large Hadron Collider comes to mind. I guess we should not talk about the Higgs before someone else builds a second one and replicates the papers.

A significant problem we face today is the way research, especially in academia, gets spotlighted in the media. They often hyper-focus on single studies, which can give a skewed representation of scientific progress. The reality is that sci
