   Thank you for the resource! I'll check it out. One thing I'd like to reemphasize is that, although I only have $6,000 in the bank, the friends and family round is a lock for a minimum of $50,000. Does that change your answer?

   Yeah, the name is pretty generic and U believe that it will have a high resell value if things don't work out. However, that also depends on finding the right buyer...
