As someone with no experience in that field, why is that? Is a PCB file too low-level and would be like posting assembly/executable code instead of the source of a program?

Yes, but not because they were right leaning. According to them, it was due to the lack of moderation and dangerous content being hosted.

Yeah, I agree with this. At a high level it sounds obvious ("there's black people, white people, asian people, aboriginal people, ..."), but it gets impossibly complicated (and invasive) when you look closer.

I haven't formed a strong opinion on affirmative action yet. > You cannot justify holding Asian-Americans to a higher level because "they can handle it." The person you're replying to didn't say anything like tha

This doesn't actually prevent arbitrary websites from calling them, it just makes it a tiny bit hard. They could always just proxy your endpoint and add the CORS headers. I'm still interested in the original question: if you use l

As mentioned, CORS isn't designed to protect against requests where the response isn't read by another origin's JS. Even with fetch I think you could "bypass" CORS to the same extent as this example by passing the &

To your last paragraph, my favourite thing about Mac is how if you click a window that doesn't have focus, the click ONLY makes the window focused. If you clicked on a button, it doesn't actually click the button. A similar thing

I may be in the minority here but my family hasn't smoked any pot since legalization. It's now so much easier and safer to get edibles, why smoke it?

Good points, but I want to point out some caveats to a few of them. I overall disagree with your conclusion of "Once you have business running, you need to dismantle it ASAP". I think it's a case-by-case thing, and you'r

That's not new, is it? You could always have an onchange/oninput handler on the login fields and send it to your server.

I believe you can specify a key in Svelte as well, but perhaps it's used slightly differently than react.

Yeah, all the other replies confuse me. Toxiproxy _is_ a TCP proxy. You can use it for Redis, MySQL, or anything else that runs on TCP.

I've been using ADO for the past year or two and I don't hate it. While it absolutely lacks features, and most ADO things have relatively tough to use UIs, it _is_ extremely fast compared to GitHub and has some amazing UI designs

With something like Svelte, I see no reason an editor couldn't let me choose if I want to see the JS/HTML/CSS in the single file (as it is on disk) or split it up into separate editor tabs for me.

I don't think so. I believe it's because without a virtual DOM and a diff, how would react do rendering at all? The whole point of react is you just have a functional "render" method, so you need to render _somewhere_ (a

Wow, amazing how well you integrated the feedback from the last time this was posted, especially architecture level stuff like storing everything client-side by default. The stock/bond allocation curve is really well done too. Awesome

I clicked the "Shrine" app on a 6-core MBP, it took about 3 seconds to render the main gallery page and I got an entire 4 frames rendered during that time.

I feel like each year cars get way safer. It started with blind spot detectors/cameras, and modern cars will even brake automatically and keep you in your lane (or at least warn you if you leave it). Maybe new features like self-drivin
