Yeah i'm fairly fed up with typically thoughtless or low-info anti-AI rhetoric. I'm disabled and in our community AI solves big problems at large scale and it's doing so vastly more efficiently than 5 years ago I understand t

I attended a talk given on this font at an assistive technology conference recently. This seems to actually have a body of evidence demonstrating its benefits in specific use cases. Also from a design standpoint it truly is superior to alte

Indeed. At the undergrad college I went to in New England in 2008 it wasn’t uncommon to see people at house parties doing lines of oxycontin out in the open. Was fairly socially acceptable.

Great point. We are seeing new legislation, legal action, and guidelines set for the right to virtual schooling and healthcare recently, using ADA or procurement laws as the basis. Will be interesting if any explicit guidelines to protect t

Definitely a very humble and nice guy. I was friends with his son when we were kids back in the 90s. He drove some cheap sedan and lived in modest digs in the suburbs of a Baltimore. Went out of his way and meet and autograph something for

Most Americans refer to this as the “Confederate Flag” these days. I’m currently living in the south, though, and you’ll hear it referred to as the rebel flag in this region by liberals and conservatives alike. Regardless I appreciate your

Wasn’t particularly concerned with cleaning. When we first entered the apartment, pieces of the ceiling had fallen all over the space, probably nearly an inch of water on the ground. Was an absolute mess. As I said, I was told the apartment

Mold exposure is no joke. I lived in a rented apartment that was flooded badly during Hurricane Sandy (and I was on the 4th floor!). Within a few days of the storm passing I was emailing my landlord, concerned that he apparently hadn’t begu
