This is beautiful and succinct. It makes me wonder what part of this whole operation can even be considered a "success."

That's a technique Steve McConnell calls "The Pseudocode Programming Process," and while it's verbose, it's not a Bad Thing. I don't do it, but I'd rather have comments like you posted than none at all.

How would you say your pure chicken would compare to a USDA Organic chicken I can buy at the store?

This almost sounds too good to be true. I wish they would release more nutritional information about the "chicken." And give it a good name.

I think small developers that use XNA and publish to the Indie section of the Marketplace don't have to worry about $40k patch fees.

I believe this approach raises the overall quality of games in the Marketplace. A developer on Xbox Live Marketplace will be less inclined to rush out a broken game and release updates every day until it works. If they have to pay $40k/upda

Exactly. He didn't say, "Well, I guess I don't need this. Here, I'll just let my employees deal with it." He made a conscious decision to not increase his wealth for the benefit of others.

Not to mention these cities and neighborhoods are very pedestrian-friendly as it is, since they were around long, long before cars were invented.

I'm used to seeing parentheses around numbers when talking about ordered pairs, or in the context of matrices and dot products, etc. We do use dots to represent multiplication, but they're not on the "ground", they're mid-height, aligned wi

Thanks for the insight. One more thing I can't figure out based on your reply is: how do you differentiate a decimal number from a list of numbers? For example, consider the list: 12.3, 7.6, 3.2 It's easy to see the three different

Somewhat off-topic, but this has been bugging me for years: for countries that use , instead of . in decimal numbers, how do they pronounce it? ie For the number 12.3 million, I could say "twelve point three million" or "twelve dot three mi

I don't think VCs should be worried about Kickstarter, at least in the near future. A VC can see the long-term value of a business idea, whereas Kickstarter supporters are just excited to get their hands on a shiny new toy. I think it's a l
