Just from this article it's not clear if the methods like endless scrolling or "watch next video" are going to be regulated based on user age or not. It just says the platform who use such methods, often target kids.

Non American here, but as I understood it DEI is an older and very broad framework, which includes handicap accessibility and hiring military veterans. There are probably still plenty of companies that support that.

I can't speak for what you consider sucking, but there is a significant difference between Mistral and Kimi or Gemini. I find the others to be usable for my needs.
