It's a different animal. Ryzen wins on memory bandwidth and has 'AI' accelerator (my guess matrix multiplication). Spark has times lower bandwidth, but much better and more generic compute. Add to that CUDA ecosystem with lib

That value is usually calculated from last sale plus no more than some small percentage each year. I.e. if home 'went up in value' but didn't sell tax doesn't change much.

The basics here is return for investments. If it's all just a bubble it will pop. We'll see soon. For now it doesn't look like, to me. And that creates a lot of complexity on top of 'digital divide' we already have.

AI is not going anywhere. Now everyone wants to get a piece. Local inference is expected to grow. Documents, image, video, etc processing. Another obvious is driverless farm vehicles and other automated equipment. "Assisted" books

It's not clear about multithreading on CPU. Without it it's hard to use modern it efficiently. Something like TBB library in C++ would be nice.
