   It really should be a 100x slowdown! Their "optimized" Linpack numbers (41 GFLOPs) are too low for this system. The CPU they use can deliver 108 GFLOPs at base frequency and 120 GFLOPs at max turbo frequency, and good LU implementations (e.

   Sorry for confusing you. I watch this page almost every day, and since today they moved the gcc 4.8 from "Development" to "Release Series" section, I decided that it is finally released.
