   PHPUnit is easy to install and implement. Writing unit tests is a simple matter of extending the test case class and throwing your logic in the function. Would recommend.

   They aren't adding 'goto' statements. But they are allowing you to jump to labels with break statements, which is similar.

   Debt gets paid before equity. Meaning if they don't sell out or aren't able to pay off all their debt. The shareholders get screwed. That's it.
