This is why text articles are superior to videos - or at least an accompanying transcript. Text is very hard to mess up.

If I understand the paper correctly, reflection in 8.2 involves some crafty use of GADTs and compiler primitives to create a type descriptor of sorts that allows you to decompose values at runtime in a typesafe manner, while still allowing

Python supports arbitrary-width integers too. Its datetime implementation, however, is implemented partially in C, and does not support arbitrary timestamps.

Is it that verbose, though? I have a hard time seeing how it could be made any shorter in other languages, without sacrificing functionality. EDIT: I think what gives the code its length here is the explicit error handling. If you do the sa

Disclaimer: I have studied these functions a long, long time ago. I barely remember anything. In that particular point in the article, n is both. It is a natural number that is the domain of Fib, and the iterating variable of the generating

Rent is cheaper than SF. Average going rate for a 1 bedroom apt. in places like Zurich is slightly less than 2k (this includes utilites). You can save big time by not having to use a car. Switzerland has an excellent public transport system

Depends on what you do and also where you are. I'm in a European office, and due to the fact I deal mainly with US-based folks, I usually start my day at 12pm and end at 6-8pm depending on workload.

So from my quick googling it looks like oxygen absorption lowers with pressure (~ altitude), so the higher you go the more oxygenated air you have to breathe to maintain proper oxygen levels in blood. Source: https://www.inkling.

(IANAP) The physics of a balloon. It works by having lower density than the surrounding air. As the air gets thinner with altitude, at some point the balloon is just too heavy.

You can just easily argue the other way - recently I've switched from N5 (5") to Z3C (4.6" hovewer with small bezels) and I couldn't be happier. In fact, I would happily go under 4" if there was a flagship so small.
