So Numbers is a good, platform-locked spreadsheet editor for simple uses? Dropbox+Excel seems like it would do the same thing, but even with more flexibility (including version control, document sharing) and supporting even more platforms.

so, maybe, just maybe, you take a bit more time on parts involving security (that is to say, handling of user credientials (includes session management, cookies, etc) and payment related things)?

I used my middle name as my last name. My name became incredibly generic when I did this, so bonus points for unsearchability.

Multiplats never looked better on the PS3 because the cell platform was a PITA to develop for. PS4 is moving to x86, as is the Xbone, so whoever champions the better hardware is likely going to win the battle this iteration. Also, discounti

Has switched. It sucks big time, and as a result, Skype can now be wiretapped which isn't nearly as easy on a P2P network, since everyones a node, and supernodes were chosen based on availability.

Not necessarily. Corporate culture is defined in large parts by the people who started the company. It's the first few, and to a smaller extent, dozen, and smaller extend, 50, etc people that will define your corporate culture. At a la

This sounds more like bad management then bad corporate culture. I mean, perhaps some corporate culture, but really sounds like the managers need manager training.

So, in other words, for $129, you're at least buying a quality smoke alarm? Also, is the terminology not regulated? Their alert system seems to indicate that this would be a detector, not an alarm.

I can't say I disagree with any of this, though it still feels wrong to otherwise pay taxes on something like renting a room in this instance. It's your property, what business is it of the government's?

Could Google not argue that if GMail wasn't making money (through scanning email and serving ads), then they wouldn't have a business case for gmail, and it wouldn't exist? In this sense, ads are absolutely instrumental in pr
