In terms of software: more of Android/Win features being borrowed (e.f. split screen "multitasking"). Possibly better icons and GUI overall (but only if Ive realised that he should stick to hardware).

Simply replace it with "monkey" in your head, e.g.: "we are looking for an Angular ninja!" = "we are looking for an Angular monkey (because none of our backend Scala guys are willing to touch JS with 10 feet pole

Never had any problems with BitBucket over a few years. Using Mercurial though, which helps.
