On the employer side, honestly, I don't think we're big enough for our data to be statistically significant. I can say that we've had another record month of traffic & applications. Despite all the doom and gloom, people are hiring.

Focus on your users. Listen, iterate, and build something that at least a few of them LOVE. I'd say that startups don't have the luxury of focusing on their competition.
