As they are linking with proprietary SDK they seem to have violated the GPL indeed. I would be interested to see if this game is part of their "Carbon Engine" solution to release old games (with extra price)...

I suspect Canonical is one of those. I regularly see positions near to my position (France, sometimes in villages!), and when I apply I receive from 8 to 12 minutes after an email that says "Sorry but your resume is not relevant".

I have the same Chromebook since a few weeks now (got it in sales at 299 euros in France) and... it is my favorite device too. First, the build quality is very nice for 299 euros. It does not feel weak or "plastic" at all. It come

Let’s be honest: if you want people to switch to Wayland then make it works for all softwares. Do not expect people to switch habits because of a piece of software most of the people never heard of. I don’t agree either with this notion of

Hi, author here. I made a mistake in the article to be honest. I don’t complain that I have to « understand hard things », but, I missed this in the article, that the complexity of the Vulkan is like 5x more than OpenGL for… 5% better perfo

Manual reviews are useful if and only if reviewers are well trained, understand what is good and what is wrong, and do care about what they are doing. There is a ton of anecdotes from iOS/iPadOS devs in the tweet thread that prove that

Do you have any proof? The database of 200_000 images used by Apple (and others?) is private, and I did not found any trace of the hashes (but I could made a mistake here). So, how do you know that those correspond exactly (or with a cert
