I heavily recommend PHP farm to test your code with a given version of PHP: http://cweiske.de/tagebuch/Introducing%20phpfarm.htm This allows you to have several versions of PHP, each one with a given php.ini, given list of extensions and

The problem with PSR-0 is that it requires a one file per class approach. You end up with way too many files where you can create beautiful single file packages with just a namespace at the top and a series of classes in the file.

This is not an administrative nightmare for doctors. They all have the software, put the insurance card in the slot, check the right cases and everything is immediately done. The real nightmare for doctors is the private insurances because

Do not forget that France Telecom had at the time of opening the market the best network in Europe with a totally homogeneous DSLAM setup and incredibly good backbone. With the rules to force FT to open its systems to the other players, it

I have created two UK limited within a 10 year interval without putting my feet there. I recommend you not to do it alone but find a local accountant in UK + an accountant in your country who knows a bit about the UK + your country rules. I

If you post here, you are already half way through, because it means you know where you are and that you want to go somewhere else. For the the somewhere else, I would say, take a look around you. ASP is not necessarily bad, many systems ar

Under US law at the moment, everything point into the direction that the authorities can access the data hosted in the US while preventing the hosting company (Rackspace) to inform the client (us). The problem is also that the authorities d

Very nice, it is by the way using a TXT record to store the information. As pointed out before, an SRV record could be better (but only for udp/tcp for the transport mechanism). https://github.com/mato/libzmq/commit/d2782c7b1c401037718eaf.

In this particular case it is that I want to provide more than just a end point and a port. A JSON string is put in the TXT record to store associated meta data. If you do not need these metadata, SRV record is perfect.
