It turns out that driving in london or using public transport (bus at least) is noticeably less healthy than walking [1]. I imagine if you could fit in a run through some less busy and/or green spaces you might be overall better off??

That's a very good point about RAWs, in my haste to dismiss it out of hand, i hadn't realised it doesn't backup RAW. But then just another sign of where it's target demographic is.

I still find it slightly bemusing, that 2.5 billion people lack access to any sanitation [1], but only 1 billion lack electricity and access to a mobile phone, especially given that it's estimated that 700,000 children die every year t
