The term Open Source is ambiguous and has always been rejected by the original proponents of Free (as in Freedom) software as a corporatation-derived attempt to lessen the ‘Freedom’ bit. So defending the term Open Source is probably not the

I’ve been using this on Mac for a few months now. It’s great to have an alternative to Docker desktop although it doesn’t feel fully there yet, on Mac at least. What is available in the UI is slick - but so many features are missing I often

Good for you that snap is working well - for me it continues to be a user experience mess, for example the long reported issue with refresh pop-ups in Firefox. Fedora don’t need to pay me to complain about that.

Another piece where a plausible looking but completely nonsensical code generation output is uncritically presented as correct. At least it is a quick way to see either the author has no idea about software development or doesn’t care about

They were proactive in incubators and allowed new companies to open accounts and make large deposits right away, when many mainstream banks wouldn’t or were too slow. I’m guessing plenty of startups stuck with them through inertia at least.
