At the time of writing, there was no Flask and Werkzeug wasn't really popular by then. An updated version would mention Flask of course.

Most notably, the new Thinkpad T-Series (Tx20) has 16:9 screens instead of 16:10. You think they got smaller? No, they have the same size, just a large part is covered in plastic where vertical screen space used to be. Did I mention that it

Trevisor yes, because it runs below the OS and the recent MBAs provide AES-NI, if I remember correctly. Without the hypervisor you're out of luck, as it needs to to patch the kernel and Apple is extremely unlikely to do that.

If you don't like this change, you probably also don't like the other Fedora changes that came in the past and surely also in the future, so yeah I'm with sjs. In the long time you will save time if you switch to a distribution that aligns

So your argument is you want plaintext because you want plaintext? I replaced the BSD-like init system in Arch, because it is buggy. And I can dual-boot init-systems now.

So who of you actually read Lennarts blog postings about the rationale? Or do you just dismiss it because SYSV didn't do that, some fourty years ago?

And I am tired of the 1970 Unix mindset, don't fix what is not broken. Can we please have filesystems with a consistent encoding, like in Plan 9 or, woohoo, Windows? Or do we really need to support a mixture of Shift-JIS, EUC-JP, CP-850 or

Seriously, do you even know what you're talking about? init does not start systemd at all. systemd replaces init, in a way that I can even select whether I want to use the traditional init or systemd, on boot time, with a kernel option. And

Yes, when I read this argument I thought: "You must be fucking kidding". Just because some companies offer cheaper initial subsidised phones it doesn't mean that the phone itself is cheaper. And it's not. At retail, most iOS products are $1

Hmm, I actually hoped for Clojure on Node.js (don't get me wrong, Scheme is beautiful and this seems to be quite a capable implementation but Clojure is way more practical) but hmm, I hope this gets popular.
