I think the Fukashima plant didn't help selling nuclear power to governments. Japan is very much a leading 1st world nation however the fact that something like that happened really cause a major local environmental issue. The worst pa

2008 really showed that homeownership is no different than tenancy. Look at Detroit. Entire city blocks were owned by the bank simply because people either couldn't afford the mortgage, their loan was called due, or they thought the sh

This is a fantastic article and I love rereading it every time it comes up. The whole series is definitely worth a read if you got the time too. It really does change the way you look at how organizations work. It's pretty Machiavellia

Ah, I guess in that instance, I figure why worry? It's out of your control anyway. Worrying now can't fix it later.

I feel like North Carolina is the sweet spot right now. I live in Wisconsin so it's hit or miss on summers and winters being too cold or too hot. NC has very comparable summer weather and warmer winter weather, also it doesn't hav

As someone who has worked at a financial in a rural area, I can assure you these people are still going to need tellers. I mean can you imagine explaining daily why someone gets charged an NSF fee or telling them that their check is a fraud
