College 'kids' are adults and if they act as children it is only because we enable such behavior by coddling them. I wonder if college would be better for most if they lived a year on their own first. I know I would have gotten

So if I share a video of a murder or theft... or even just view such a video shared by others, I'm complicit in the crime?

The top 3% do pay their fair share. More than their fair share really. It is the .1% or even .01% that draw far more from society than they pay.

To add to this, what about those unable to take care of themselves. Children, the mentally ill, those who are badly addicted, those who are easily taken advantage of (like in borderline elder abuse cases).

Combined with a bias in family courts, an acceptance of alternate families (so a reduction in social costs of not marrying), and a rise in the acceptance of divorce. Why marry when you can cohabitate in a state without common law marriage.

I never used that word. I called it harassment, which can come in different varieties. Upon reviewing my previous response, I don't even see where I made mention of gender even to the extent of a pronoun.

I think the difference here is not that it was entrapment, but that it wasn't a crime at all. Unless the law says this crime is strict liability, then the prosecutor would need to show that these individuals intended to commit the cri
