In my town, you'd build houses on it. The vacancy rate is under 0% and small, dingy houses sell for about $600,000.

Hold the camera higher so you're looking up at it. Up-the-nose shots are most people's problem. It's really unflattering.

For three people like in the demo video, if you rotate 90 you have to come in close to get a well framed shot and then their outfits aren't in the frame. Not important to everyone, but definitely important to some.

They're shaped to your ear canal. It's mostly surface area and friction holding them in. They really don't pop out that easily. A motorcycle helmet will do it, though.

It's slightly different when you get into the range of millions and billions of dollars. If you're investing 100,000, you're better off with an indexed mutual fund that charges .03%. If these funds can consistently return 10%

Are you talking about Victoria? Because I hear lots of complaints from people living here that they can't get a GP, waits are awful, etc etc. But I pretty much always get in to see a doctor within 45 minutes if I drop in, and every tim

The thing is, for people with kids, at least half of their motivation for showing up to work is getting away from the kids for a couple hours. (Exaggerating, but still).

You honestly have more power to make this happen than you think you do. Write a petition, see whether you can find any people who think it's a good idea, go to a town hall with your evidence, call a contracting company to ask how much

As a cyclist I'd personally ask you to go with an ebike rather than a moped, just because they take up less space on the path. With enough mopeds, the bike roads can be almost as scary as the car roads.
