That depended on your IRC server of choice. I grew up on some where you got flamed very quickly if you didn’t clean that up (e.g Espernet).

This happens every few months. You should just use a browser extension to do it since those don’t rely on an auth state anyway.

This particular bit doesn't scream vibe-coded to me at all. In fact it looks like a generic comment I'd write and come back to later.

You do realize that kids learning how to dodge IP blocks is a practice as old as the internet itself, right? That wouldn’t solve anything.

I legitimately find myself wishing I had access to this any time I have to build UI in other languages. I remember being so skeptical and annoyed when first using it but over the years I became sold on it. It’s the only system I’ve used whe

The only modern language you listed is Go, which had Google backing it and is a simpler language overall. The rest achieved their popularity when the industry was smaller and there wasn't as much competition.

I have been trying to get people to realize that this is the same or worse for like a year now. It’s unfortunate it’s come to this but Apple is hardly the worst of the two now.

You're citing language demand as a result of incumbent industry usage. That's an inherently weighted metric because existing products are not (contrary to what some Rust zealots might want) going to be rewritten in Rust for no rea

It’s literally inferior security wise. The desktop Linux security model is antiquated when compared to the advances in security/isolation/etc that modern mobile phone OSs have developed. It is not trumping Graphene any time soon.
