Deciding which one to try isn't hard at all: `ureq` is the de-facto small HTTP library that you'd reach for, and you're likely to find people referencing it within 2 minutes of Googling. The only thing `ureq` was missing that

A fun bit of trivia: that IE was a different rendering engine (Tasman, not Trident which was used on Windows).

This is more or less where I'm at. It's an amazing language that people have an irrational hatred for due to bracket calls. Also, I know verbosity isn't for everyone, but let me tell you this: every single ObjC project I retu

I sound like a maniac whenever I express my desire for Autolayout over HTML/CSS. I will in no way deny the sheer power the latter/reach/etc has and I can see why people like it. Autolayout, while tricky to get at first, prett

I did not say what you are saying I said. Motorsport audiences in almost every discipline I know can rattle off a litany of safety incidences that have happened over the past 100 years. My point is that we do not shy away from talking about

Nobody takes pleasure in it. Motorsport is something where people generally respect, acknowledge and understand the inherent dangers associated with it. That's just good writing there.

If we’re discussing Pink Floyd covers, I’d like to once again point people to Nightwish covering “High Hopes”. No, it can’t replace the original - but taken on its own it’s frankly amazing.

In some cases, the runtime being padded with filler was less about cashing in and more about trying to not catch up to the manga too quickly. FMA (2003) is a fun example of this not happening, where they basically wound up creating a custom

This take feels very out of touch with how tech was in 2012. It was evident where the trends were heading, but that optimism that was heavy throughout the tech boom in the late 2000s was definitely still there.

If you were on an iPhone 8 and wanted to upgrade but keep TouchID, the SE3 is still a fine device. It's possible I'll grab one before the SE4 just to hold on to TouchID a bit longer.

A number of dash cams now use cloud storage. If anything, when I last purchased I had to go out of my way to find one with decent enough video that also stays local.
