It seems that it is not a matter of size or processing power, but a fundamental problem of bad training data that bakes these misconceptions into the model. OpenAI is probably using a better filtered dataset and may even be able to remove s

I asked a few LLMs whether zero is an even or odd number to see how they fared on such a widely misunderstood question: LLAMA 2 7B: 3x even, 2x neither LLAMA 2 13B: 1x even, 4x neither LLAMA 2 70B: 1x even, 4x neither GPT 3.5: 20x even desp

When pedestrians hit the bonnet or windscreen of a car, the impact is relatively soft. The A-pillar or the engine (under the bonnet if there is not enough space between the two) are much more dangerous. Some cars have an active bonnet that

As hinkley said, it is basically impossible to get the seed from the output of the generator without breaking the algorithm itself. CSPRNG can also be used as the basis for a stream cipher. The output must be the same for the receiver of th

The same is true for CSPRNG. Same seed -> same output.

I doubt the price will go up that much, if at all. Maybe there will be more expensive tiers, but $20 will probably stay. Between better quantization, pruning, smaller models through better training/distilling/architecture, hardwar

Yes, I didn't read the comment carefully and quickly assumed it was the standard question about including the decompressor.

Otherwise you could just store the whole text in the decompressor. Another way is to keep the file secret and just output a score, but if you want to use a public file, you have to include the program in the calculated size.

Yes, the Eco cycle often takes a very long time. However, modern machines are significantly better than the DOE limits even on a one-hour cycle (I assume your machine uses 10 litres, not gallons).

307kWh/a and 5 gallons are a lot. Nowadays there are dishwashers that use 2.2 gallons and 76kWh/a (assuming 0,46 cycles per kWh which I think is the DOE limit) and they clean a full load adequately. Even the cheapest models should

You are probably already using the software version of Widevine (L3) to watch 720p content in the first place. There are relatively easy ways to download L3 content, but they are not as common because higher resolutions are available on ill

Good points. The difference is that on streaming sites, L3 widevine will only allow low resolution playback. They are also tied to a paid account, making it much more difficult/risky to download content. Even if the encryption is broke

The software version of widevine would be so thoroughly broken in a very short time that it would be bypassed by any one-click downloader addon. Nothing would change for users and YouTube would have the overhead for widevine. Using the hard

The gradual drop could be the result of a mixed sample where different parts of the material show superconductivity at different temperatures. As more of the sample becomes superconducting, the resistance will gradually decrease until a sup
