Yep, surprised at this. I think even if you enjoy it on some level you have to acknowledge that it is a thin spread of nostalgia on a slice of very weak plot and characterisation, with no real heart to speak of.

The Count of Monte Cristo is fabulous, it sags a bit in Paris, but otherwise a rip roaring read. I was recently in Brittany and there was a sea gaol off one of the beaches that reminded me how great that book is.

Chuck Palahniuk wanted one of his novels to direct the reader to a page number when the chapter ended so you wouldn't be able to tell when the book was going to end, seems like a sensible solution.

I agree, the hardware buttons were perfect and then touch screen ruined the whole experience for me. They recognised this as a luxury people would pay for by reintroducing them to the awful looking Oasis.

Oh, they mark content as explicit but don't filter it out. I don't see what the technical issue is, if I apply a filter, I get the clean version or it skips the track - if I don't have it on, I get the explicit version.
