I think that it is. I've worked for a number of companies in north america but in the US people are basically expected to work long. If your co workers are working overtime to get more done then you should work overtime to get more done. Th

One way you could prevent more bomb attacks from happening is by catching the people responsible for this one. Besides that, I am not advocating CCTV everywhere, but downtown, or Subways, places that see extremely high throughput cannot be

This is the part I don't understand is that in almost any way you look at it CCTV are a benefit to the masses. An example of one benefit to having CCTV spread out over downtown is that you can relieve some police presence and spread them ou

I would like a way to filter out everything that includes the word "pray" in it unless it is from a respected news source. 90% of what any person ever says in response to everything that happens in america is "pray for it". It's sort of mud

It's easier to destroy than it is to create, for example create safety for the people there. People outside a certain radius of the initial attack are almost certainly safer. The only thing you can do is get everyone out of the area. Keepin

Is it necessary for a user to log in separately on every forum or how do you keep people authenticated?

It seems to me what anonymous was saying is that isn't good enough. Also that the identities of the assailants would become available eventually with or without any help.

I don't understand the source of this sarcasm. Facebook is a waste of everyone's time, energy and everything else. This ad contributes nothing and exemplifies that. Are you saying people DO need Facebook in their life? Because I've been mou

How does the embedding work, does it fetch html or does it fetch data and then build the html with javascript? When you navigate within the forum I imagine it does the same and loads in place. How close am I?

You wouldn't really have any customers if you weren't accepting payments though, it would be more like you pissed off all of your potential customers just for a bit of market data.

I can't imagine being anything other than angry after filling out a payment form and then being told that there was no reason to have done that. On a new web application?

People still disable Javascript in their browser. We aren't there yet. I'd like to see native haml, coffeescript and sass support in the browser, that seems to me a more realistic dream in the short term.

The price was way too high. $20 for a casual 2D touchscreen game? When they shifted to "pay what you want" they made $100,000 on it in one week. The lack of DRM had nothing to do with the piracy rate that rate would have been identical eith

If I was lucky enough to be in your situation I'd cash out my ~650usd and call it a day. I wouldn't feel remotely bad about it even if bitcoin kept going up. At this point it was a sound investment that paid out well.

The Telegraph is a conservative rag for one thing, like Fox news. Even in that article it provides the number 927 murders in 2007. Compared to America's 16,929 murders in 2007. America's population is much larger than the UK though, 4.91 ti

I was pretty surprised by the video the company willingly distributes advertising their wares. The comparison beween the illegal knife and the "legal" one was such that it left me feeling that the "legal" one was a more effective weapon. Um

I don't think people are willing to trade bitcoin for anything other than currencies right now, since the value of it is so unstable. By the time the item you bought arrives you may realise that you hugely over or underpaid for it. I just d
