I experimented with something similar a while ago, however my main focus was strictness and not default and optional parameters. I did end up adding it though. https://github.com/k0nserv/Strict.js

Killing of a living active game is surely bad PR, no? Badwill ruins future sales too.

Those circumstances does make the removal less controversial. However the better course of action for Square Enix would be to release the server software and let people host their own servers. Why destroy the whole community and prevent peo

It is a non issue for Steam, as such they have no ground to remove the game from users library.

The response to these news are surprisingly meek, but I guess we can attribute that to the game in question not having a large player base. I for one think this behaviour is unacceptable and it destroys gaming as an industry. In 20 years wi

It is pretty ridiculous that the press is somewhat exempt from providing sources for their statements. Wikileaks would have been much better.

I use the same trick to remap caps lock to "shift+cmd+alt+ctrl" or "hyper". My configuration is highly centered around using slate with the standard h,j,k,l and also u,o,n to manage my windows. On top of that I also use

I think it has to do with jQuery becoming the dominant standard for everything web, that said it's not too much code so removing both the dependency on jQuery and the dependency on underscore should be fairly simple.

An empty return statement has the return value undefined which is falsy. As lukashed said jQuery most likely interprets this as false and stop propagation of the event, however using an empty function also has the return value undefined so

As far as I understand not having an Android or iOS device will severely cripple the user? Is this the case, are there any plans for Windows Phone?

I'll be the first to admit that Chrome does have a pretty big memory footprint, I have not compared it to Firefox recently, but I assume Firefox is better. How ever as others have said using Chrome with over 40 tabs open still works we

Actually I probably would consider it. I like and trust mozilla as a company more than Google. Also Firefox has some extensions I would like to use such as No Script. I would probably still use Chrome for development hough.

The main problem is not any of these things. The many problem is that they still have not implemented one-process-per tab which makes the browser severely inferior to Chrome.

Well for one it will cause a lot of friction with the open source community as they are generally very anti proprietary/close code which in turn will cause fragmentation in the browsers. I don't really know why, but I would prefer

Well he is right, there is nothing wrong with having DRM on streamed content which you don't actually buy. The only problem is pushing for DRM becoming a part of the HTML specification.

You cannot really justify streaming without DRM and the studios will never agree too it. The problem is having DRM as part of the HTML specification because it will harm the web as a whole. I much prefer it to stay the way it is with silver

As I understand it Mozilla is very reluctant to implementing any DRM into HTML5 videos and thus Netflix cannot support them. EDIT: They can't implement it because it would conflict with their license, thanks pyalot2 for the correction.
