Nintendo and Android use Vulkan. Windows supports it as well (along opengl and directX) so it's a bit more than just Linux (which powers Stadia and will likely power most Stadia-clones in the future). This pretty much only leaves out

My 2 cents about the positive Airbnb reviews: I stayed at an airbnb place that had bed bugs ( I woke up with bite marks, notice the telltale stains on the sheets, and actually saw some the bed bugs alive). I obviously mentioned it in my ove

Decoupling the computer from the car is fantastic and I wish more cars (and TVs...) became more dumb: It's cheaper, better for the environment, more upgradable, more customizable, etc...

Current implementation is filled with bugs, which is a real shame because in many ways it is better than Lua: the language is better (for me), and the C API is much simpler.

I'm pretty sure you can implement min/max with a Cassowary-style constraint solver using multiple constraints with priorities. For example to get the max between v0 and v1 you can use those 3 constraints: [v0 > limit @ priority

Once source comes from the memory allocator, and the pointers it gives out. If you have an ordered map of pointers (e.g. std::map<void*>), iterating over the map will not be deterministic because the pointers given by a (regular) allo

You do realize that with 2 floats to store the position of a star on a sphere, that's like 8 MB per million of star? With compression you can almost certainly get away with something like 2 bytes per stars. And an other solution is to

Yes, 100 is the LCA. The problem I should have started with is that regular LCAs are not useable for conflict resolution because there can be multiple different LCAs. For example, in the graph at https://cs.stackexchange.com/

This is a distributed system. You can have some replica that has 100, merge with an other replica and get 101. Then an other replica that also had the same 100 merge with an other replica and get 102. Then when 101 and 102 merge, the lowest
