Why would the FDP profit from this? AFAIK they never positioned themselves in favor of privacy. I think the green party (Bündnis 90 / Die Grüne) will profit considerably more from this. They are know promoters of privacy and personal r

They are unable to settle on a real party manifesto. Also they have problems to organize themselves. Even worse, they regularly contradict each other in public. (My personal view)

No sorry, I don't trust you. You might be an engineer, but you don't seem to know how networks work. 98,4% in a speed test which highly relies on the destination server and the routing is a perfect result.

Just install them in different paths. You have three options then: 1. Use absolute paths for the Go tools: $ /home/paul/go-tip/bin/go run myfile.go 2. Set the GOPATH every time accordingly (script) 3. Rename the folder. For example on my Wi

... and the good news is, that this wasn't all that can be squeezed out of Go. Go 1.1 comes with some impressive performance optimizations, but there are more optimizations that can be done and there are already some great ideas discussed,

This is probably caused by running all the queries in their own goroutine (if you don't know what this is just think of it as a thread - but much cheaper). This causes the queries to be handled in more or less random order. We'll fix this

The timeout issue was fixed in Go 1.0.3. The problem wasn't that the connections timed out, but that the database/sql package wasn't able to handle this correctly. http://code.google.com/p/go/source/detail?r=b397807815a6 Please keep in mi
