Another one bites the dust. I've used weather underground api, yahoo weather api, dark sky api, and all of them have gone from free to paid (or just not public anymore) over the years. Currently using pirate weather - https:/

The charge cards don't even have to be paid in full anymore. They offer "pay over time" for charges on platinum/gold/green/etc which effectively makes them credit cards.

The big thing on my Stripe wishlist is for them to solve the sales tax remittance issue. I don't need Stripe to be a full on merchant of record, but there has to be something more they can do to make the sales tax part of using their s

I've been looking at Remix a bit recently and it looks really cool, but the part I'm not too fond of is having to use Node on the backend. I moved to writing all of my backends in Go after I was burned by the whole ESM/CJS&#x

Can we do this with iOS wallpapers too? I still have fond memories of those fish from the very first phone. They brought it back in iOS 16 thankfully.

The way you speak of all of these things just makes it obvious you've never been laid off and in the position to need to utilize these things. COBRA lets you keep your existing plan, but you pay for the entire premium. In most cases th

iRobot and their Roomba product line is riding on their namesake only. Roborock and other competitors are miles ahead of them when it comes to technology. It took a top of the line Roomba from 2021 about 4 hours to fully map my downstairs.

I'm a consumer that wants 5G. There are many rural consumers that make use of 5G based internet. And the 5G you are speaking of is mmwave. Mid-band 5G is perfectly useable and a significant improvement over LTE. Verizon and T-Mobile pu
