I thought about using markdown for my resume but I was afraid that nobody would know what it was. At my current job I have found one person that knows what markdown is. Could you go into more detail for me please?

You are saying out of 5 online applications you get all interviews, and that is absolute falsehood. 20% interview rate would be a miracle with Taleo bullshit Maybe you are in a field not taught directly in schools or in some other way speci

I have had the same experience but I am a fresh graduate with a year of work while an undergraduate. Currently I am frustrated because I have to take an offer on the table before it expires while I wait for two others to get back to me. In

So they write about the limitations of their study about how marijuana use is subject to the real use frequency, but they simply throw all other considerations out the window. I take issue with trials like these. They barely do any reasonab

I have a mentor who convinced me to go the computer engineering route. How do I convince him to grease the wheels so to speak and go the nepotism route to help me land a job out of college? It seems he does not want to do this, and I cannot

I appreciate the response. Are you commenting from a CE standpoint or software engineering? I took a lot of EE classes thinking I could get a hardware job, but that seems like a lost hope.

I have a BS computer engineering from GT and the only interviews I have received have been from companies wishing me to sign a 3 year contract or other 1*star glassdoor type shenanigans. I am trying to stay positive but I have lost hope. Iv

Fast? Unpredictable based on previous output if the seed is truly random? Here is a read I enjoyed on the subject: http://www.cs.yale.edu/homes/aspnes/pinewiki/C(2f)Randomizat...

A very interesting idea indeed. I wonder if there exists a metaphorical whistle that can be heard when they whisk you away to Guantanamo bay. I mean to say I cannot believe that they would even allow such a thing to go to court. The war on

When I was taught C in the early 2010's these caveats were added as a way to show us the limitations inherit in data type ranges and make us wary of all libraries we would take at face value. I think that lecture was one of the most me

Baseball, like any other sport, has gone under many revisions to its rules throughout its history. The only statement you say has never changed that I can tell is the bases have been 90 feet apart since 1840. Pitchers have not always pitche

Wheres the comment by Fox saying that the PI made this up? Their page last time I checked just had a sentence saying it did not meet their level of scrutiny or something along those lines.
