I generally recommend that people building hackintoshes get an external USB / Firewire / Thunderbolt soundcard. That way you're pretty much guaranteed to get official macOS drivers that'll work without issues.

Precisely this. The LastPass extension actually handles the decryption, whereas the 1Password one merely communicates with the app. 1Password should therefore be significantly more secure.

Have you tried DaVinci Resolve? Last I checked it had a native Linux version. Unfortunately I don't think the Linux version is available for free (unlike the Windows and Mac versions).
