If you were a laptop used then you hated flash. Except for a few times where the heat in the building was down and playing a flash video will transform your laptop to a desk space heater.

Performance was the big issue. Not just on Apple devices but on all devices. Same laptop running Windows, same video from Youtube if you play and pause on both (SWF and HTML). The Flash video will keep the fans running at high speed. Rememb

Why keep them in a folder? Uninstall them? 3 Pages Deep? That's 27 icons. I don't think a default iPhone comes with 27 pre-installed apps.

Their laptop service has always been top notch. Years ago I took in a White iBook for a case change (free because it was a known defect) and the guy told me that the HD that came with the laptop (Seagate) had a high failure rate and they wo

Yeah I know companies in "Silicon Alley" that have moved to Brooklyn (not Dumbo) because the rent is out of control. Old buildings in 23rd Street go years with minimum repairs and rent hikes just cause the landlord can sit it out.

What app are you testing? Most of the UI can be perfectly tested on the simulator. In fact the iOS UI guys on my project never see the app on native hardware until release.

Exactly. Look at the unbelievably pathetic Android Tablet apps! Except for top 10 games and some of the video streaming apps, most of the apps look like crap.
