Just to let you know both of those issues have been solved with Roam, although page loads are still not super fast. You can have multiple workspaces now too but they've started charging for that I believe.

I've talked to a few different hiring managers and recruiters about for the sake of my own project[1] this so I'll share what I've learned here (this applies more to GitHub/portfolio than resume): - Projects should have

Can I ask if you've tried using one with Linux (Ubuntu or Mint)? I'm thinking of getting a ThinkPad next but I would prefer to use Linux over Windows and I'm wondering how well it runs Linux.

Portfolio generator for developers ( https://www.profiled.app ). It pulls information from your GitHub account and generates a good looking, well organized portfolio site that you can deploy in a few clicks.

This is interesting move - I'm surprised they haven't done things like this earlier. The pinned repos was never a great way to provide an introduction since it lacks too much context. I've been experimenting with my own proje

They said they would start doing it twice a year and since it's done remotely the pandemic won't stop them. I don't see why they wouldn't run it this summer. I think it will be open from now on.

It wasn't impossible after Brexit, it became impossible (or at least very difficult) after she and her advisors screwed up the 2017 election.

Evidence from coronaviruses that cause common colds show the ability to be reinfected but even in that case immunity still lasts for months rather than days. In the case of a more severe disease like SARS, antibody responses have been found

Since your best language is Python, I would probably say Django. Vue and React are probably both fine choices for a front-end framework. If you don't want the front-end framework running across your whole website but instead just for c

Ah fair enough, I used that to learn natural language typing and thought it was great but then found it lacking for learning to touch type when coding. I'm taking a lot of inspiration from the design of typing club though.
