This is incredibly disappointing. The sick criminals that run child pornography rings are not storing their material on iCloud. The "This could be sensitive to view" screen is downright Orwellian. This technology could be used to

You should try running your Discords in Firefox Containers [1]. Even if you don’t use Firefox to browse, it’s superior to Sandboxie for containing multiple Discord instances. [1]: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo

Try Sublime Merge. It’s a git client from the people behind Sublime Text. Native app, works great on Linux.

I love old web design too. Sometimes I go look at 2007 WorldOfWarcraft.com on Archive.org to enjoy old design. I just remember the Java.com homepage from visiting it in computer lab in 2011 so I could play Minecraft.

Idk, good point. I just can’t imagine it. A company I worked at made a huge push to replace a REST API with a GraphQL one, and I can’t think of any reason they’d want to build a new REST interface on top of it. I know I’m missing something

Thank you, good point. I forgot about HashMap's type unsafety even though I wrote the following monstrocity a few days ago to loop over a HashMap<UUID, ExpiringEntityPlayer> Iterator ghostI = hashtableNPCs.entrySet().iterat

I actually laughed out loud at the Java.com homepage. I was so surprised, I expected a sleek, modern homepage but instead I got a portal to 2010.

A fair point, haha! I tried PyCharm recently (normally use VS Code) and I was really impressed. I think my emotions are misplaced: I might just like IntelliJ.

I had the exact same experience in my C++ courses: no external libraries at all. But those are a PITA anyways, even with CMake. And I've heard good things about Dlang but I've never used it myself, I'll have to check it out s

Firefox when combined with Safari are a formidable opponent to Google’s monopoly. The First Party Sets standard couldn’t be forced through because Firefox and Safari wouldn’t accept it.

Important to note this is the PPP GDP, not the nominal one. When talking about macro concepts like currency dominance, nominal GDP is more useful (in which the US still maintains a lead).

Are you mixing up Flatpak and Snap? Ubuntu supports snap by default and it’s much more feature rich [1]. I found the ability to install JetBrains products through Snap particularly delightful (they don’t support flatpak). [1]: https:/
