Keep in mind that DWM explicitly does not obey the ICCCM [0] (because they don't like it), meaning that large groups of applications might function erratically on it. This is not an idle concern -- I've had several bugs reported t

I'd actually be very surprised if Firefox uses librsvg, considering that librsvg doesn't support much of the interactivity and animations that Firefox supports in SVGs. Looking roughly at the source code [0], it seems it has its o

Yeah, they don't. They don't care about SDL or MonoGame either, but you can still ship a game using those libraries. It's entirely possible that wgpu or Dawn could implement backends for those platforms.

I don't know, that just sounds like pitching a TV show without writers. Even a reality TV show or a cooking show needs writers to keep things entertaining. Otherwise, you sort of just have nothing to look at. > You can code your own

Sure, but often do you do 4x4 matrix times vector? In most cases I imagine, you're going to be using a 3x4 matrix times a vec3 with implicit w=1, or a 3x3 matrix times a vec3 with implicit w=0, making the wins a lot less clear. If you
