I have passed the scientific variant of the baccalaureat, which only includes 5 hours a week of Philosohpy, so I can't talk for those who are in the literary variant. However, in my experience it has been mostly about coming up with a coher

Sadly it's a very common behavior. I have seen companies who will blacklist your phone number once they ruled you out. So you have a number, call them, interview, and after the interview when you try to call again to get an answer, you are

Did just the same, 197€ with VAT and shipping isn't too bad. I guess the first lucky few will have them by the end of the week, the rest of us by next week (I'd imagine they staffed up for deliveries but will still be overwhelmed since all

Today in France, most people in cities can have access to 100Mbps/5Mbps. Low upload speeds have been a constant around here since the first broadband offering, with upload speeds capping at roughly one tenth or on twentielth of download spe

Don't forget FTTLA, which is vastly available in the most densely populated urban areas - it is not as fast as FTTH when there are a lot of households connected to the last amplifier, but i'd say roughly 20% of households could have access

I believe the point was that this would not be 16/9 ratio, not even 16/10, but 128/85. Which would seem to be better because, frankly, 16/9 looks good on TVs but is really quite terrible on a computer. I even find 16/10 barely acceptable.

One thing that is not mentioned is that in some European countries (like in France where I live), there is no limit to the amount of data transfer you can use in a month -- that is, on the home optic fiber lines, not on the mobile ones. I h

I'm not saying I favor their solution, just that it would be consistent since they fought for it when the right wing had majority rule. The biggest issue I see is, since it would involve some sort of administrative power to redistribute, it

It was something the new socialist government was bound to do, the only question was when and how. Cutting budget seems like the smartest way to do this, given the economic context. Now let's see if they try what they were preaching 3 years
