From the cases I saw(might be biased), a lot of new projects start to use Python3. These projects don't need to consider backward compatibilities. Majority of people will use python 3 in python world. Regarding Ruby, it is more elegant

To me, I don't care this kinda debate. I just keep improving my C and C++ skills. Whatever language my manager wants to use. I just use it. (I can write Python, Haskell and Java, C# too) My personal favorite one is C though.

The great thing is, author provided all platform installer. Ubuntu, Debian, Centos, Fedora, even readhat 5,6 and so on. So great for people lazy to compile by themselves for trying little software. Good job! I up-voted you!

For programmers or IT related people, you can easily compile kernel 3.12 with in 10 commands. and reboot.It will give you latest kernel. 1. install git. 2. get linux kernel from Linus tree. 3. google how to compile kernel and compile it. 4.
