The standard way of handling recurring payments is to send recurring invoices and have users pay those. I don't see the issue. (I agree with you that CC's are the only practical way nonetheless.)

Ehm, I'll admit that at this time no causal link is established although there is a correlation [1]. I've come to realize that I don't have a good source for what I wrote earlier. Sources like [2] do claim a causal link but I was unable to

It's real science. Bacteria in your mouth can enter the bloodstream through wounds and travel to your heart. //EDIT: Apparently, although the association between gum disease and heart disease seems to be science, the causal link is not.

That's not exactly true, if the comments and the code have at some point diverged, the comments can only serve to confuse the reader.

Only what you're suggesting isn't actually battery maintenance. In fact, it will decrease the capacity of your battery (by as much as a normal drain-recharge cycle of course). Cycling the battery will however appear to improve the capacit

From the looks of it the average polygon in the system has about 6 vertices, so at 4 bytes a vertex and 4 bytes for RGBA color that's a total of 28 bytes per poly or 1400 bytes total. And that's overestimating vertex positioning (at that si

> Even if the resistivity values of the copper and solder are similar (I'm pretty sure they're at least in the same order of magnitude), you'll still end up with the same amount of current running through the copper wire and the solder.

If they themselves quote a price for the iPhone starting from 650$, how is 99$ + 20$ a month for 20 months = 499$ dollars total full price? I'm still 150$ short and that's assuming a 0% interest rate.

I sort of agree. You can definitely bill over $100/hour in Poland (or Belgium, where I'm located) if you're an experienced consultant, but patio11 was billing that much before he changed his pricing approach. Do you know of anyone that bi

What's incredible is that the Nexus 4 is so successful that LG won't make it available in Belgium or the Netherlands[1]. So they clearly think they can sell all of their stock for the foreseeable future in just a few countries. [1] http://

It's unfortunate that shipping to european countries is on average about 4x the cost of the product. For example: a kensington-like cable is 25$ but shipping is $110. Similarly, for a 200$ screen, shipping is $300. So while it's nice that i
