C++ routinely includes C headers and this would affect that. I think most things valid in C, but not C++ don't affect declarations.

I don't particularly use OCaml anymore (though might in the future I guess), but one thing I remember is that sometimes when you had different parts of type system interact the compiler would just complain that you can't do that (

At least one of us is inside a bubble. Nobody I interact with regularly uses chatgpt for anything more than novelty. Even people who used it as glorified google for looking up things reduced their use.

What works for me is to pretend that I'm asleep. And it's good to be able to recognize the first phase of sleep – it's that state that you think that if somebody asked if you're asleep you'd think to yourself "

There is a question if there is actual physical possibility to do useful quantum computation with tools available to biological systems. Cells are very noisy environments and nonclasical states are very fragile.

How can it stimulate the economy? That's just lack of consideration of cost of opportunity. Hospitals paying for more of similar software is hospitals not paying for something else that could actually improve care.

You can have a separate connection pool for 'cache' requests. You shouldn't have too many PG connections open anyway, on the order of O(num of CPUs).

It's not that there "exists n, such that for all theories", but that "for all theories there exists n", that BB(n) will get independent eventually.

You can compute a number that is equal to BB(n), but you can't prove that it is the right number you are looking for. For any fixed set of axioms you'll eventually run into BB(n) too big that gets indepentent.

Length of proof / machine for proving it can be much bigger than BB(n) itself. Or even there can be specific machines that don't halt, but there is no proof for this at all – you can encode problems independent of ZFC in a few hun
