No, the statement says that there will be frequent breaking APIs, it doesn't make any claim about release strategy. Releasing breaking changes on every 0.minor release perfectly fits in this definition. Making a quick judgement based o

I agree that it doesn't get much use, but I still think it's a good feature to have. I personally prefer having a project board integrated with everything else instead of using an external service.

That event was done by Uber and if the human backup driver was paying attention, as they were supposed to because it was a test run, it wouldn't have happen. Yes the software was at fault of doing what you are saying, but the incident

Maybe it's the area where you live, but where I live it would be weird to not have reusable bags with you. Pretty much everyone has them. I live close to montreal and we have a lot of environmentally conscious people here.

If you already know java for the backend then just use that. Or if you want to learn something new pick one language. You don't need to learn all of them. For the client side I would recommend vue, but react is also very popular. Once
