How on earth would you even presume to know this?

Vaclav Havel: revolutionary, former President of the Czech Republic, and brilliant poet who (IIRC) invented visual word poetry, where the typographic arrangement is part of the poem's intended impact.

Centuries of accumulated respect for the word "engineer", implying a specialization that can't be simply replaced with other skill sets. That is: prestige and therefore economic incentives.

by IAmBroom 4mo ago
Yes, it's a trade-off between engineering/maintenance costs and public good. As always. I'm not sure making space debris invisible to visible light is a good thing, either.

So? Intermittent, short-termed blockages happen (jets and satellites already do this, they just aren't black). Astronomers don't look first and then aim their cameras, and most interesting features (essentially all of them) requir

"everyone" is overly constrained. "The intended audience" is what is needed, and absolutely does require a middleman to publish it. No blessing required.

You seem to lack an understanding of technical legal terms in US courts, which is frankly pretty usual even for US citizens. "Franchise" is the right to vote. Disenfranchisement is legal prohibition against voting. Social behavior

No. Even the arguments at the time the amendment was passed discuss diplomats and their family being exempt, as well as all the instances since.

Family of diplomats are accorded the same immunity as the diplomats themselves.

That flies in the face of what I understand is true about diplomatic immunity. Citation required. As a less extreme example, diplomats can and DO park their vehicles illegally: in No Parking zones, Handicap Only zones, and blocking fire hyd

Yes, exactly. Water occupies the least volume per unit mass (equally, per unit molecule) at 39F. As it cools further, it paradoxically begins expanding in volume (as the polar ends seeking out their opposites in other molecules introduce a
