This works very well. For a linux solution this is pretty painless and arguably more convenient than making a livecd and booting it.

So I guess no one has learned anything from the previous discussions on HN. Reddit has hit critical mass and therefore has a substantial user base - start charging a monthly fee. Even at $1 a month, I'm sure they could be pulling in 6 figur

This title comes off as cliché...No, money can't buy you happiness but it does allow one to be happy. For when you consider the other end of the spectrum, poverty won't make you happy either; but then, everyone knew that.

This is why you typically leave the hard drive (or in this case, the laptop) in the freezer for atleast a few hours. Doing this allowed me to copy a 60 gig which windows couldn't even mount to work no problem - which took well over a couple

Great idea, poor hardware choice. Really - this would be an amazing app for an aspiring musician but the iPhone screen would make this experience much less enjoyable than it should be.
