My guess is the current source isn't particularly valuable, and there's little chance of building a community without the company's blessing.

The Mac share of viruses is zero. If youre right & market share is the only consideration, logically that means nobody should be writing any software (eg games) for Mac either.

I've heard there was a logical reason for this (in jaynes' probability book) but i've never gotten around to checking it out. >The equations also reproduce a more complicated phenomenon, divergence of opinions. One might expect that op

I'd be interested in performing these tests without just novels (eg include textbooks that require flipping back&forth) so that the strengths of the iPad could really show.

Easily in the ipad's favor, yes. You encounter problems with the refresh rate when trying to read somewhat more complex books, eg anything that requires flipping back/forth, or large scanned books. Then the kindle browser is horrible, &

Well that's what comes of not taking a scientific approach with hypotheses. The invention of math is out there for anyone to see.

Hm, it's not productive to argue over analogies. They're just used to illustrate a point. I was saying math was explicitly designed to work & to be general. Likewise words were designed for communication (not just for describing the rea
