I agree, took a while to figure out what was going on. Especially because the grid lines are so tiny with such low contrast.

This is why I run Tomato and DNSmasq with a local cache and I send DNS queries to multiple DNS servers at once and accept whichever one replies the fastest. It basically uses the "all-servers" dnsmasq option in config. I then have

I agree, from the videos, podcasts and co-writing I had thought Brian would have been Editor-in-chief. I'm surprised Ryan was chosen instead.

Flick me an email hengjie (at) notablepdf.com, I think we could provide you with a viewer for free that has annotation features but also based on PDF.js so that you can easily switch it over.

To build on that, here's a list of web PDF editors that are available: 1. NotablePDF ( https://web.notablepdf.com ) 2. PDFZen ( http://pdfzen.com ) 3. PDF Escape ( https://www.pdfescape.com/

Were you letting users download it via PDF.js before which is why it was document.pdf? It makes sense to download it via PDF.js since the file is actually already loaded once the user renders it.

It'd be interesting to see if their annotation allows for exporting to their original documents. It's similar to what http://www.notablepdf.com did but only for PDF documents. Their export functionality for MS Word is

There aren't statistics that I know of. Though anecdotal evidence suggests that there's quite a lot of PDFs with this problem. There are a lot of people whom export to PDF because users then can't "edit" the file. S

A large part of why PDF.js is slow is because it doesn't have text coalescing. http://www.NotablePDF.com/ is based on PDF.js and has a coalescing code in production which has improved performance substantially. It

Generally speaking, I don't think the experience would be as bad as you say. Yes they get the lowest priority but given how good AT&T's network is, you generally won't be kicked off and would probably incur a reduction in
