I do have a revolut card already. Revolut is visa based though. May as well stick to an Amex then. They’re both deeply ingrained in the US system

This does have challenges around repeatability though. Agent whipping up a script on the fly can be a bit hit or miss

That part the explanation seemed vaguely satisfactory at least - big models are not particularly vulnerable to bit flips

Wish the UK had access to wero. Much as I like my Amex card a non US alternative would be nice as secondary option.

Looks promising though much like the bonsai tenary one it hallucinates knowledge quite aggressively. The online chat having search tools covers this up somewhat, but it's still there. ...from very unscientific casual vibes it does seem

Where is your 5% used quote from? All the estimates for interceptors like patriots I've seen are north of 50% used so 5% certainly seems like an outlier

>Public shaming and rejection are probably the best way to teach That's a wild stance. If you don't like what someone else made - AI assisted or not - you can just move on and not purposefully set out to publicly ruin them...

That’s just seems like a worst of both worlds to me. I can see both logic in doing manual coding (perhaps with AI autocomplete) or a vibe based flow. They’re orthogonal approaches though.

Have encountered this too - esp lack of plp combined with zfs and dramless can be deathly slow. For kubernetes Etcd I’ve found those cheap m10 optanes to be great. No PLP but seems to work fine anyway presumably due to low latency.

Author seems to adjust well. It gets tricky when high trust and low trust cultures mix and that is seen as an opportunity to be exploited. ie not paying train fares because nobody checks. That breaks the high trust model

Yeah I guess so. The ones that have come close the illusion disappears if you see the rest of the pictures. e.g. the lighting issue...sometimes it just happens to be right in the clock is right once every 12 hours sense The tech isn't

The tricky bit is politely conveying this to people that lets call it don't think about things too deeply. They genuinely think they're helping by shoveling 5 pages of LLM output they didn't even bother reading into teams...
